Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every Northpaw product. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You’ll need your order confirmation email or order number

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 14 days of the tracked delivery date. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that show signs of use or are not in original packaging
