Customs & Duties

Since we ship within Canada, there are no customs fees or import duties on your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
